Do you deliver foam mattresses in Awka?

How do I place an order?
The easiest way is to WhatsApp us at 08108310088. Tell us which mattress you want, the size, and thickness — we confirm the price and arrange delivery. You can also select your mattress on our website and tap the Order button to send a pre-filled WhatsApp message.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, POS payment at our depot, and cash. For delivery orders, payment is confirmed before dispatch. We do not accept payment on delivery for first-time orders.
Can I come to your showroom and buy directly?
Yes — our depot is open Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm. Come to Romans 9:15 Plaza Arroma, 3 Ifite Road, off Arroma Junction, beside Femas Filling Station, Awka. You can see and feel all our mattresses before buying.
What is the warranty on your mattresses?
Full Orthopaedic: 10 Years Factory Warranty. Semi-Orthopaedic: 5 Years Factory Warranty. Olive Foam and Olive Damask: 4 Years Factory Warranty. Elite Foam and ENO Foam carry no factory warranty. All warranties cover manufacturing defects — not damage from misuse.
How do I know your foam is genuine and not fake?
All our foam comes directly from the factory — we are authorised factory-direct dealers. Each mattress carries the factory label and warranty documentation. We have been in business for over 15 years and our reputation in Awka speaks for itself. You are welcome to visit our showroom to inspect the foam quality before buying.
Can you do custom sizes?
Yes — we can supply foam cut to custom dimensions on request. This is popular for boat berths, caravans, and unusual bed frames. Contact us on WhatsApp with your exact measurements and we will provide a quote.
Do you supply for hotels, hospitals, and schools?
Yes — institutional supply is a major part of our business. We supply hotels, hospitals, schools, universities, and housing estates across Anambra State. Contact us for bulk pricing and a formal quote.
What if my mattress is defective?
Contact us on WhatsApp immediately with photos of the defect. If the defect is covered under the factory warranty, we will arrange replacement at no cost. Warranty claims are processed within 7 working days.
How do I care for my foam mattress?
Rotate your mattress every 3 months to ensure even wear. Use a mattress protector to prevent moisture damage. Avoid jumping on the mattress. Do not bend or fold the mattress — this damages the foam structure. Clean spills immediately with a damp cloth.
Can I return a mattress if I change my mind?
Mattresses can be exchanged within 48 hours of purchase if unused and in original packaging. We do not accept returns on used mattresses unless there is a manufacturing defect covered under warranty.
