Exchange Policy

1. Our Policy

At Olive Foam Awka Depot, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. We offer exchanges and refunds under the conditions set out below.

2. Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 48 hours of purchase under the following conditions:

• The mattress is unused and in its original condition
• The mattress has not been unwrapped or slept on
• You have proof of purchase (WhatsApp order confirmation or receipt)
• The exchange is for a different size, thickness, or collection of equal or greater value

To initiate an exchange, contact us on WhatsApp at 08108310088 within 48 hours of receiving your mattress.

3. Refunds

Refunds are available in the following circumstances:

• Manufacturing defect: If your mattress has a verified manufacturing defect covered under the factory warranty, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
• Incorrect item delivered: If we deliver a different product from what you ordered, we will replace it at no charge or provide a full refund.
• Payment error: If you have been charged incorrectly, we will correct the error promptly.

Refunds are processed via bank transfer to your account within 5–7 working days of approval.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund or exchange:

• Mattresses that have been used or slept on
• Mattresses purchased more than 48 hours ago (outside warranty defect claims)
• Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, folding, or bending
• Normal wear and tear over time
• Change of mind after delivery

5. Warranty Claims

Warranty claims are separate from our refund policy. If your mattress develops a defect during the warranty period:

1. Contact us on WhatsApp at 08108310088 with photos of the defect
2. We will assess the claim within 3 working days
3. If covered under warranty, we arrange replacement or repair at no cost
4. Warranty claims are processed within 7 working days of approval
