1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing olivefoam.ng or placing an order with Olive Foam Awka Depot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Products

We sell original factory foam mattresses and bedding accessories. All products are sourced directly from the factory and carry their stated factory warranties. Product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Ordering

Orders are placed via WhatsApp at 08108310088 or by visiting our depot at Romans 9:15 Plaza Arroma, Awka. An order is confirmed only after we have confirmed availability and received payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be fulfilled.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on this website are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change. The price confirmed at the time of your order is the price you pay. We strive to keep prices accurate but reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

5. Payment

We accept bank transfer and POS payment at our depot. Payment is required before dispatch of delivery orders. We do not accept payment on delivery for first-time orders.

6. Delivery

Free delivery is available within Awka. Delivery charges apply for locations outside Awka. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to traffic or logistics. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.

7. Warranties

Factory warranties are provided by the foam manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms. Warranties cover manufacturing defects only and do not cover damage from misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.

8. Returns and Exchanges

Mattresses may be exchanged within 48 hours of purchase if they are unused and in original condition. We do not accept returns on used mattresses unless there is a verified manufacturing defect. See our Refund Policy for full details.

9. Limitation of Liability

Olive Foam Awka Depot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the price paid for the product in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Anambra State.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
