Thickness Guide
Thickness affects firmness, comfort, and price. Thicker foam is more expensive but generally more durable and comfortable. Choose based on your weight, sleeping position, and budget.
Choosing Tips
For Back Pain
Choose Full Orthopaedic or Semi-Orthopaedic with at least 8 inches thickness. Firm support is better for back pain sufferers than soft foam.
For Heavy Sleepers
If you are 80kg or above, choose at minimum 8 inches thickness and high-density foam (Full or Semi-Orthopaedic) to prevent the mattress sagging early.
For Children
ENO Foam or Elite Foam in Single (3×6ft) at 4–6 inches is ideal. Children do not need thick orthopaedic mattresses and the cost saving is significant.
For Hotels & Institutions
Semi-Orthopaedic at 8 inches in Standard or Queen size is the industry standard for Nigerian hotels. Durable, comfortable, and backed by 5 Years Factory Warranty.
